The staff were helpful. I enjoyed the beautiful outdoor sitting area connected to my room it was ideal for relaxation.
The gym felt somewhat dated it lacked modern equipment. I found the swimming pool area to be excessively humid it made walking around a bit slippery.

Staff were so attentive. I loved the cute atmosphere. the hotel was clean and spacious and provided excellent facilities. our room had a large bed and a sofa, including a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, amazing.

I found the room quite spacious, a definite plus. Breakfast offered a good selection and the staff ensured quick refills. The spa area was relaxing. The sauna's heat was consistent. The hotel also provided convenient access to nearby attractions.

The swimming pool maintained a comfortable temperature and provided a relaxing environment. The gym had a range of equipment, including treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. The hotel provided ample parking spaces for all guests. THIS was very helpful. Free wifi was available throughout the premises.

Our room included two double beds and a separate seating area. The bathroom was stocked with premium toiletries, and fresh towels were provided daily. A flat-screen television with cable channels was available in the room. The room HAD an electronic safe.

The room size was good which was helpful for organizing luggage and moving around.
The bedroom decor seemed worn compared to the modern bathroom. On arrival, the waste bin had not been emptied and that wasn't a great first impression. The spa and swimming pool area could use more frequent cleaning. There was dirt due to outdoor footwear. Staff were cute and the location was decent but those issues were off-putting.

The room was spacious. I appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. The shower room was also quite large. It featured a walk-in shower as requested. The rain head shower was fantastic.
The heating system in the room was defective. A member of staff came to reprogram the controller, but that did not work. We received an additional duvet. Staff failed to find an electric heater.
